ABOUT
I was born and raised in Warsaw where I started to work as a wedding photographer in 2010. After many weddings, but not too many to forget any my newlywed couples names I moved with my husband to Munich, where my sons were born. During the time I focused mainly on being a Mommy I became friends with a lot of wonderful women, most of whom like myself were raising children while being detached from their relatives and culture. As we made our own little family I smoothly switched, without even realizing, to family photography.
As a mother of two boys I know how the days are simultaneously driven by love and frustration. I know how easy is to forget what a privilege and joy it is to raise children while dealing with tantrums, dirty diapers and spilled food. And I strongly believe photographs can help to remember what easily can be missed in endless tiresome chores. As a photographer I like to try new things but there is nothing I like more than being a witness to family's unique dynamics and capturing how the days feel before they are gone. You can see some storytelling shots here. I'm speaking English and Polish and learning German.
